REFUND POLICY
RARE ONES RECORDS WILL ONLY ISSUE A REFUND ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL INFO@RAREONESONLY.COMCLEAR IMAGES OF THE ITEM WITH A SUPPORTING EMAIL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. RARE ONES ONLY WILL THEN RESPOND WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS WITH A RESOLUTION.
IF A REFUND IS AGREED THEN THIS CAN TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE BACK THE GOODS, RARE ONES ONLY WILL ONLY REFUND THE ITEM AND NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGES.
PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RAREONESONLY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, AND THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT A "CHARGEBACK" CLAIM MENTIONING "RARE ONES ONLY" WILL NOT BE FILED IN CASES WHERE AN ORDER PARCEL(S) ARE LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT TO THE CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING ADDRESS.
